Returns & Exchanges

Didn't Love it? Here is Our Policy.

We happily accept returns for a refund of the purchase price, minus a $5.00 processing fee OR the full purchase price in the form of store credit. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of purchase. A receipt must be present in order for us to process the refund. Return shipping to Italics Boutique and back to the customer on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are not guaranteed as we may sell out of merchandise prior to a request. Please contact us to request an exchange.

We will accept any clothing item that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items that smell of cigarette smoke or laundry detergent; have visible signs of wear, stains, or animal hair; or have been damaged by the customer will not be accepted. These items can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

All sale and clearance merchandise are final sale. Due to hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale as well: earrings, leggings, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, socks, and eye wear.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Items that are found to be damaged or defective can be returned within 7 days from the receipt of the item. Italics Boutique is not responsible for any defective or damaged merchandise after 7 days.

Please send a photo of the damaged or defective item to info@italicsboutique.com, including your order number in the subject line. You will receive a response within 1-3 business days.
