The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number & email address in the fields and click Start.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Items must be in original condition; unwashed, unworn, and unaltered; free of cigarette smoke or laundry detergent; and must not show visible signs of wear, stains, or animal hair.

All sale and clearance merchandise are final sale. Due to hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale as well: earrings, leggings, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, socks, and eye wear.

What about damaged items?

  • Items found to be damaged or defective can be returned within 14 days.

  • Original shipping charges will be refunded in this case only.

  • Italics Boutique is not responsible for damaged items after 14 days.

  • Note: You may be asked to send a photo of the damaged item.

Are there any charges to return?

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Exchanges are possible but not guaranteed as we may sell out of merchandise prior to your request. If you would like to exchange for the same item but a different color or size, choose Exchange and our system will help you determine if we have that item available. If we do not, you will want to click store credit so you have your funds to use on another item, once the return is processed.

You will be notified of the availability of your exchange item and will be sent a new invoice for cost difference and/or shipping.

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive your merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card.
